What is Coral Calcium?
ECO PURE Coral Calcium products are manufactured by Coral, Inc. located in Nevada. The founder, Clint DeWitt, was one of the original suppliers (February, 1994) of coral calcium in the USA. After obtaining pharmaceutical grade coral from above-sea mines in Okinawa, Japan, it is finely crushed and then ozonated (use of ozone in an FDA-approved facility) to remove bacteria. There is no heat treating which may affect the viability of calcium.
Eco Pure Coral Calcium consists of 100% pure coral powder. Nothing has been added to the coral. Unlike most other products, and especially capsules, gel caps, etc., this product is 100% pure. NO additives - NO vitamins to conflict with - no added ANYTHING.
Coral Complex is the original (1999) powdered coral capsule product in the USA. The formula has become the most popular and successful coral capsule formula in the USA. The formula remains unchanged because it works so well. All of the ingredients have been proven by years in the marketplace, to be the perfect synergistic combination.
Coral Complex consists of the following ingredients:
- (1) Coral powder: 600mg per capsule delivers 225mg of calcium and 73 trace minerals.
- (2) Calcium Citrate: 5mg of calcium from citrate per capsule. Originally formulated for the synergistic enhancement between the calcium.
- (3) Vitamin D: 400IU Vitamin D3 as cholecalceriferol is in each capsule.
- (4) Vitamin C
- (5) Magnesium: 50mg of magnesium as citrate and oxide has been added.
- (6) Malic Acid.
- (7) Betaine HCL
The small amounts of Betaine HCL, Malic Acid, and Vitamin C helps your body digest, absorb, and assimilate the calcium from coral calcium. The chemical form of most of the calcium found in coral calcium is calcium carbonate. By itself, calcium carbonate is not as well absorbed as some other forms of calcium. Calcium Carbonate does, however, help neutralize excess acidity in the body. This as much as anything else probably accounts for the beneficial effects reported from the use of Coral Calcium. You can evaluate your own acid-alkaline balance by checking your urine pH with pH paper. pH paper can be found at most drug stores. The optimum urine pH is 6.5.
